assignment 2 - description of the idea

my greeting card

It's Christmas

The Christmas bells are swinging
And the carols are singing
May the spirit of Christmas give you peace
And the warmth of Christmas brings you close to each other
Let us keep the Christmas merry still
For Christmas comes but once a year

Why Christmas Card?
Indeed, Christmas comes but a year. When Christmas comes, the words of "Merry Christmas" are scattered all over the place.
Christmas day is a day which shows high-spirited merriment!
That was why I decided to make a cheerful Christmas card, not just to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, but also to remind people about the beauty of Christmas.

(p.s) Disney movie-"A Christmas Carol" captures the magic of Christmas. It is a good movie and presented some lessons to people who does not appreciate Christmas.

Purpose?
Christmas heart is a giving heart.
I wanted to deliver good cheer to receivers where they have the opportunity of communicate with their long lost friends and family.
In the other words, it helps to tighten the bond between man and man.
Besides, this card will definitely fill the readers' heart with harmony.

Theme?
I chose purple as color theme of my greeting card. Purple is a mixture of Blue and Red which means HOT and COLD.
I understand that in Malaysia, winter will never appeared in this country.
But most of us have given the picture of cold Christmas.
That explains blue.
Although it's cold during Christmas, celebration with friends and family warms everyone's heart.
And that explains red.

That is all about my description of idea!

Prooof!

Let the magic begins on Christmas day!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I have always thought of Christmas time, when it has come round, as a good time; a kind, forgiving, charitable time; the only time I know of, in the long calendar of the year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely, and to think of people below them as if they really were fellow passengers to the grave, and not another race of creatures bound on other journeys. ~Charles Dickens
